Roles and Responsibilities:

  • New Customer Acquisition:
    • Develop and implement strategies to identify and target potential clients in line with the company’s business objectives.
    • Lead the business development, prospecting, pitching, and closing new business opportunities.
    • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to generate new leads and partnerships.
    • Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize lead generation activities, including campaigns, events, and networking opportunities.
    • Monitor industry trends and competitive activities to identify opportunities for market expansion and customer acquisition.
  • Revenue Growth:
    • Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies, upselling, and cross-selling initiatives.
    • Set revenue targets and develop actionable plans to achieve them, leveraging a combination of new client acquisition and organic growth within existing accounts.
    • Develop pricing strategies and negotiate contracts to maximize profitability while ensuring value delivery to clients.
    • Analyze sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to meet revenue goals.
    • Work closely with finance and operations teams to optimize revenue forecasting and budget allocation.
  • Sales Pipeline Management:
    • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by managing lead generation, qualification, and conversion processes.
  • Strategic Partnerships and Alliances:
    • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships and alliances that contribute to new customer acquisition and revenue growth.
    • Collaborate with third-party vendors, resellers, and distributors to expand market reach and access new customer segments.
    • Negotiate partnership agreements and manage ongoing relationships to drive mutual business objectives.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Oversee client success and satisfaction across all accounts.
    • Act as a primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and solutions.


  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in business development, sales, or client management roles, with at least 2 years in a senior position.
  • ⁠Demonstrated success in acquiring new customers, driving revenue growth, and managing client relationships within a B2B environment.
  • Deep understanding of the digital/ advertising/ media industry landscape, market trends, and competitive dynamics will be an added advantage.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of business development and client success professionals.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on building and maintaining long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • ⁠Proven ability to understand client needs, anticipate challenges, and deliver innovative solutions to enhance client satisfaction.⁠
  • Solid understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and revenue forecasting.
  • ⁠Experience in setting and achieving revenue targets, optimizing pricing strategies, and driving profitable growth.
  • Ability to negotiate and manage complex partnership agreements that align with business objectives.
