Film production, with an AI pipeline running beside the camera
TV commercials, product film and social video from an in-house unit that shoots conventionally and generates with AI, choosing per shot. Production timelines measured in days where the industry still quotes weeks.
Two pipelines, one standard
The question is never camera or AI. It is which shot needs which.
Conventional production
Where the camera still wins
- Human performance and emotion in close-up
- Real product handling and food photography
- Testimonial and founder-led film
- Anything the audience must believe actually happened
Full crew, location and studio production, directed in-house. This is the pipeline behind the Zesta brand film.
AI-accelerated production
Where generation wins
- Concept films and campaign pitches, days instead of weeks
- Environments and worlds no budget could build
- Product visualisation and variant runs
- Format and language versions at volume
Prompt-engineered pipelines with cinematic shot logic, character consistency control and lip-sync where a brief demands it. Every generated frame passes the same review as shot footage.

Frequently asked
Before you ask, here is where most conversations start
For some shots, yes, and the gap closes monthly. Product visualisation, environment builds, concept films and campaign variations are already broadcast-usable. Human performance close-up still favours a camera. We decide shot by shot, and clients approve test frames before anything scales.
Concept films and product visualisation that needed a two-week shoot cycle now turn around in days, because there is no location, crew or set build. Savings vary by brief; the shot-level plan you approve at scoping shows exactly which shots run through which pipeline and what each costs.
You do. Deliverables include the master files and the generated assets used in them, with usage rights defined in the agreement. Where AI tools carry their own licence terms, those are disclosed in the scope before production starts, not discovered after.
