Who we are
digibrush.net is operated by Digibrush Productions (Pvt) Ltd, a company registered in Sri Lanka with its principal office in Colombo. For any privacy matter, write to info@digibrush.net.
What we collect
- Information you submit through the contact form or by email: name, work email, company, and the contents of your message.
- Job application materials you send to us, including CVs and portfolios.
- Usage data collected through cookies and analytics tools, such as pages visited, device type and approximate location.
Why we collect it
To respond to enquiries, evaluate job applications, improve the website, and, where you have consented, to send relevant communications. We do not sell personal data.
Legal basis and your rights
Where the Personal Data Protection Act No. 9 of 2022 applies, processing rests on consent, contract performance or legitimate interest as appropriate. You may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data by writing to info@digibrush.net. Requests will be acknowledged within 5 working days.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses cookies for essential functionality and analytics (GA4, Meta Pixel, GTM containers, Microsoft Clarity). You can control cookies through the Cookie Settings link in the footer and through your browser.
Retention and security
Enquiry and application data is retained only as long as needed for the purpose it was provided, then deleted. Enquiry data is retained for up to 24 months and application data for up to 12 months, after which it is securely deleted. Reasonable technical and organisational measures protect data in our custody.
Third parties and transfers
Data may be processed by service providers we use to run the site and our operations (hosting, email, analytics), bound by their own safeguards. These include hosting infrastructure, transactional email services, and analytics platforms. Data may be processed outside Sri Lanka by these providers, subject to their own safeguards.

Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date. Material changes will be flagged clearly.
