Expanding our horizons, we are looking for individuals with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our seasoned and vibrant team of digital marketing specialists.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute an integrated paid digital marketing campaign. (Google Adwords, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
  • Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Build a social media advertising marketing strategy and execute it through competitive and audience research.
  • Writing engaging copy for adverts.
  • Set up conversion, pixel, and event tracking on the website and across various digital platforms.
  • Conduct research on market trends, brand’s audiences and competitors and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions.
  • Set up dynamic remarketing ads on supporting platforms.
  • Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
  • Managing Search Engine Optimization (SEO) projects and developing keyword strategies to increase the visibility of the website.
  • Reviewing the website and conducting website audits to improve the SEO friendliness of the website.
  • Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices.

Desired Skills

  • Degree in Marketing/IT or any other professional qualification.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC and Social Media campaigns.
    Experience using advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and digital marketing best practices.
  • Hands-on experience in SEO, both technical and on-page.
  • Proficient in using Google Analytics, SEMrush, Google Console, or similar tools.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Sinhala
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
